1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HelpCenterCommander web application ("Service") provided by dp operations ApS ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HelpCenterCommander is a tool designed to scan, analyze, and sync help center articles and links. We provide reports and statuses on the validity of your links. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law in Denmark.

4. User Responsibilities and Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the Service:

  • To scan websites, help centers, or domains you do not own or have explicitly been authorized to scan.
  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • To cause disruption or damage to our Service or the services of third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content or links provided by you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of dp operations ApS.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall dp operations ApS, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service or the content it scans.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scans will catch all broken links, that reports will be 100% accurate at all times, or that the Service will be entirely error-free.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will generally try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
